The Bono East Regional Secretary of the governing New Patriotic Party(NPP), David Boakye says, the NPP is passionate to break the eight for Ghana to continue it transformational process from good administration to the other.
He said Dr Bawumia’s victory will lead the country in the right path.
He explained that the policies and vision of the vice president is the continuity of former president Kufour and president Akufo-Addo’s vision, programms and policies.
While speaking on Wontumi TV Morning Show, he said “we are not just breaking the eight because we want to continue to stay in power, we’re breaking the 8 because we want all the programmes and good policies we laid down continue to exist and benefit our people (Ghanaians).

He praised Dr Bawumia as a man of vision, character and charisma who is poised to offer the country the best of leadership when he is elected President in December 2024.
“The first thing to consider that Dr Bawumia is capable and competent than Mahama was when a project the NDC would use $1.2billion, Dr Bawumia used only $4.5million to construct that same project and more”
