NPP Has Spoiled NDC’s Christmas- Chairman Wontumi Mocks

Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi has said that, majority of the NDC supporters are disheartened following the outcome of the 2020 election results.

“Most of the NDC supporters are sad and this will certainly affect their mood in celebrating the Christmas unlike NPP supporters..” He said

According to him unlike their NDC opponents, the election victory has reflected the mood of NPP supporters who will make the best out of the Yuletide.

Speaking in an interview on Wontumi Radio/TV in Kumasi on Tuesday, Chairman Wontumi said that losing an election is a painful experience waowcially when it has coincided with the Christmas.

Chairman Wontumi recalled that, NDC also spoiled the Christmas celebration of the NPP supporters when they won the 2008 elections.

“If you lose an election you can’t celebrate Christmas.” He emphasized.

The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP said that, the NDC leaders are deliberately inciting their supporters to go onto the streets to demonstrate to destabilize the country, as a camouflage.
The NDC’s current leadership has failed their followers and they know it and to cover up or to divert attention have pushed their supporters onto the street for no justifiable reason.

” By their actions ,John Mahama, Asiedu Nketiah and Ofosu Ampofo are hurting their supporters knowing very well that what they are doing won’t wash.” He said

Chairman Wontumi insisted that, the NDC leadership is fully aware that election is a process and that the Electoral Commission Chairperson, Jane Mensah did not declare Nana Akufo-Addo as the winner of the Presidential elections in a vacuum.
