Presidential Journalist, Nana Oteatuoso Kokobeng II, has recommended Psychiatrist for the opposition National Democratic (NDC) Member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram Constituency, Sam Nartey George.
He said the legislator’s speeches do not add up and must therefore be given an urgent psychiatric attention.
