Mentally Deranged Man Shot Dead @ Atonsu- Fabi In Kumasi (PICTURES)
A mentally deranged man in his late 20s has allegedly been shot dead at Atonsu-Fabi in Kumasi.
The gruesome massacre of Ishmael occurred Sunday morning, 6/02/2022.
A visit to the scene by Wontumionline.com’s Nana Owusu Achiaw witnessed the deceased lying in a pool of blood, intestines removed and a cartridge beside him.
Some aggrieved residents who spoke to Nana Owusu Achiaw said, the deceased is not an armed robber but mentally derailed.
Meanwhile, the police have conveyed the body of Ishmael to the morgue and have launched investigations into the incident.
