The Ashanti regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has therefore fired Mr. Mahama for being hypocritical concerning the approval of Malaria vaccine by the World Health Organization (WHO).
According to the NPP Chairman popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, John Mahama could have played a role in minimizing malaria cases by keeping Ghana clean when he had the opportunity to serve as President.
Following the approval of a Malaria vaccine by WHO, Mr. Mahama has issued a statement claiming the feat is heartwarming.
But Chairman Wontumi questioned what his contribution to the process was and inquired from him “What did his government do to ensure Ghana was made clean to get rid of Malaria? Nothing, absolutely nothing. He enjoyed seeing the country engulfed with filth, he wasn’t a clean man at all”.
