A communicator of New Patriotic Party (NPP), Solomon Assante, has advised NPP national aspirants to continue to stay relevant for the party regardless of the outcome of the coming internal elections.
Mr Assante said this while speaking on Movement In The Morning Political Show.
”Some people only understand the principle of humility when it’s time for elections and when they win they show their true colors. That narrative should change; rather they should bring everyone on board and solicit for their ideas or fix them at places in the constituency to win the coming general elections. But as black minded as some of them are, they are afraid the person they put in charge at certain spaces might become more exposed than they will be so they won’t do it’’, he said.
He revealed that he has been a communicator for many years but now some people are sabotaging him because he lost the elections and they are demanding his removal from the communications team.
”They want me aside for their own selfish interest. If we don’t change our attitude, breaking the 8 will be difficult. I am advising everyone to make themselves available because breaking the 8 is a collective action”, he added.
