The founder and leader of the United Front Party (UFP), Nana Agyenim Boateng, has accused Stan Dogbe of showing disrespect to Ashantis by calling their flag a “fucking flag” in his presence.
Nana Agyenim Boateng popularly known as Gyataba stated on the Wontumi Morning Show that he once joined the camp of former President John Mahama to campaign and it was at a rally in Kumasi that he saw the hatred Stan Dogbe had for Ashantis.
“We came to organize a walk in Ashanti region and I followed it with the Ashanti flag. From Kejetia, Manhyia, Asafo and Adum, when we got to Jackson Park (Jubilee Park), Mahama was about to speak and I followed him with the Ashanti flag to the stage then there was a young man following him who shoved me and said take away your fucking flag away from here”, he revealed.
Surprised by the conduct of Stan Dogbe, Gyataba revealed that he inquired from the Ashanti Regional Communications Officer of the NDC, Abass Nurudeen who Stan was.
“So I asked Abass Nurudeen about Stan and he told me he works with JM so no one can condemn him even if he acts wrong”, he said.
