John Dramani Mahama looked phony in the eyes of many Ghanaians after travelling from Ghana to Russia to launch a version of his book ‘My First Coup D’etat’.
The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, has revealed the main reason the former President embarked on the trip to sell his book.
Speaking on Kessben TV’s Maakye show hosted by Kwabena Owusu Dankwah, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi stated that “Mahama went to Russia to sell books and borrow $10 billion”.
Former President John Mahama was recently in Russia to launch the Russian language translation of his memoir, ‘My First Coup D’etat and Other Stories from the Lost Decades of Africa’ at the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow.
