Mahama Can’t Rule Ghana Beyond 4 Years, He Will Lose 2024 Elections Per Research- Dr. Smart Sarpong

Dr. Smart Sarpong a renowned researcher based in Ghana has added his voice to a latest research by Info Research and Assessment UK Limited, which point to John Mahama’s defeat to Vice President Bawumia in 2024.

According to Dr. Sarpong, former President John Mahama would find it hard convincing electorates to vote for him because majority of the voters see him as a candidate who can’t stay in power for more than 4 years to do more for them.

He continued that the voters would want to give a person who can stay in power beyond 4 years a chance rather than considering Mr. Mahama who can only serve 4 years in office if given the mandate.

In an interview on Wontumi TV, Dr. Smart Sarpong revealed that he spoke to a senior member of the republic and the person shared with him that he “won’t make a mistake of voting for a person who can’t go beyond 4 years. He would rather vote for a person who can stay in power for more than 4 years.”

In Dr. Sarpong’s view, if Ghanaians decide to vote for Vice President Bawumia it is as a result of the fact that they know a “candidate who can go for two terms would be mindful of what he does in government”.

He added that but with “Mahama, he knows he won’t account to us so if given the chance he can decide to do what he wants.”

Dr. Sarpong observed that majority of Ghanaians also believe that the hardships in the country are as a result of COVID 19 and the Russia-Ukraine war.

Research conducted by a United Kingdom based body, Info Research and Asssessment UK Limited has revealed that Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia will beat John Mahama if the two decide to contest in the 2024 election.
