With less than 30 days to the 2020 general elections, it is becoming evidently clearer that the wife of former President John Dramani Mahama, Lordina Mahama, does not believe her husband will win the Presidential race.
Lordina Mahama, according to the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, has been spotted having fun in France whilst the campaign of her husband continues to take a noise dive.
In an interview on the Wontumi Morning Show, the NPP Chairman also known as Chairman Wontumi stated that Lordina Mahama has come to a realization that former President John Mahama can’t win the National Democratic Congress (NDC) the election and for that reason, has opted out of supporting his campaign.
According to Chairman Wontumi “Lordina Mahama is in France having fun whilst her husband is here in Ghana campaigning. She has lost confidence in the husband. She has also seized Mahama’s campaign funds and it is having an effect on the NDC“.
