The Chief of Staff, at the office of the President, Hon. Akosua Frema Opare has extended on behalf of all government workers, a seasonal greeting.
Speaking in a video monitored by Wontumionline.com, she called on all Ghanaians to extend a helping hand to the needy, widow and aged during the Christmas season.
“On behalf of myself and all government workers, I wish every Ghanaian a merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year. It’s my fervent prayer and desire that a year today, Ghanaians will be living a prosperous life”, she said.
Adding that “we are so much grateful to God for her mercies and kindness to Ghana. He’s kept us over the years in good shape and we do really appreciate it”.
She stressed that the measures and policies by the Akufo-Addo’s govt has mitigated the kind of hardship the country was faced with following the global crisis. Hence, the need for all Ghanaians to rally behind the President in prayer. togetherness and hard work so that the country could progress.
“Let’s show love towards one another and the good Lord will bless us- Merry Christmas to everyone”, she concluded.
