Paul Adom-Otchere, host of Good Evening Ghana In a commendable presentation praised the Former General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwabena Agyei Agyepong for his continuous support for the development and peaceful co-existence in the New Patriotic Party.
The journalist has impressed and blown away by the commitment, selfless and patriotic qualities of Mr. Agyepong and called on other individuals in the political arena to emulate his political examples.
Paul said Kwabena Agyepiong had played a significant role in the success stories of the NPP’s victory from 2000, he also acknowledged his contribution in both president Kuffour and Nana Addo campaigns and government. The Chairman of the Board of Ghana Airport Company Limited, Paul Adom-Otchere praises the former presidential candidate’s exceptional leadership, integrity, and understanding of the vital role the NPP plays in transforming Ghana.
The journalist was also full of praise for the NPP for it ability to call every notable experience party member to help win the 2024 elections.
Reacting to the comments made by the NDC Secretary, the broadcaster said it’s a significant departure from the politics of ideas and data-driven arguments espoused by the NPP flagbearer.
According to the him, it’s regrettable that Mr. Kwetey described Dr. Bawumia as a “disgrace to Northerners” because the Vice President was at the forefront of transforming Ghana’s political communication landscape and many more.
He said the NPP remained committed to a campaign based on policies, ideas, and the track record of its candidates, and called on the NDC and other political actors to do the same.
“Mr Kwabena Agyapong has demonstrated total loyalty to the New Patriotic Party. He was kicked out as general secretary together with the chairman, but he decided not to go to court.
He was part of Akufo Addo’s campaign in 2020 against all odds. Kwabena didn’t win when he filed nomination to contest president in the first round. There are no loyal people to a party than Kwabena Agyapong”
