Just Like Fowls Can’t Pass Urine, NDC Can’t Write A Manifesto - NPP Chairman

Lack of ideas, has caused the National Democratic Congress to postpone their manifesto launch, a regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, has underscored.

Several political players had expected the opposition NDC to have launched their manifesto before the New Patriotic Party did theirs on Saturday, August 22, 2020.

However the NDC has allowed the ruling NPP to dominate the political space with their manifesto and it is on this note that the NPP Chairman, explained in an interview which was monitored by Wontumionline.com that the NDC, is bereft of ideas to draft a manifesto just like “fowls can’t pass urine.”

In every serious country, the opposition party is supposed to come out with their manifesto but NDC has sat down for the ruling NPP ours out first. I christen their manifesto as a fake manifesto”, the NPP Chairman known as Chairman Wontumi said.

The NDC has postponed the date for their 2020 manifesto launch. The party had planned to make public their manifesto on Monday, August 31, 2020 but have rescheduled the event.

The party executives are yet to give reasons for the new developments.

According to the NDC, its campaign document was presented to the party’s manifesto committee weeks ago.
