Just In: Rebecca Akufo-Addo Fulfills Refund Of Allowances Paid Her
The First Lady, Rebecca Akufo-Addo has fulfilled her pledge to return all allowances paid her from 7th January 2017 to date.
In a statement issued by the Chief Of Staff, it said the Consolidated Bank of Ghana Limited has a received an amount of Ghc 899,097.84 being the full refund of the allowances.
Part of the release sighted by wontumionline noted that, Rebecca Akufo-Addo is committed to her role as First Lady and is devoted to her charity work of championing the wellbeing of women and children.
