Joseph Esso Agrees Personal Terms With Kotoko- Reports
The Black Stars ‘B’ attacker has reportedly agreed personal terms with the Porcupine Warriors ahead of a proposed move.
Former Hearts of Oak forward Joseph Esso is set to complete his switch to Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko in the ongoing transfer window.
According to Kumasi-based media station, the 23-year-old has agreed personal terms with the two-time CAF Champions League winners over his imminent switch.
Esso is eager to move to the Kumasi-based club after ending his three-year stay at their bitterest rivals, Hearts of Oak this month.
Earlier last week, Hearts of Oak announced the departure of the former Ebusua Dwarfs talisman after failing to reach an agreement over a new deal to keep him for their next season’s campaign.
He managed to score three goals in his fourteen (14) game outings for the Rainbow club in the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season which was cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Esso is one of the highly-rated attackers in the Ghanaian top-flight league following his exploits for the last four seasons.
He was a key member of the Black Stars ‘B’ squad that won silver medal at the 2019 WAFU Cup held in Senegal.
