Former President John Mahama’s hobby is spewing lies the Ashanti Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako has said.
His comments were in line with the dismissal of a petition the 2020 defeated flagbearer sent to the Supreme Court to challenge President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Speaking on the Nsempa Fie show which shows on Wontumi TV and was monitored by Wontumionline.com, the NPP Chairman popularly known as Chairman Wontumi stated that 3 months before the 2020 election, Mr. Mahama and his aides were preaching messages of not accepting the verdict if President Akufo-Addo emerges winner of the election.
Even when the Chairperson for the Electoral Commission had announced the results, Chairman Wontumi stated that Mr. Mahama forced his executives to address him as President-elect just to confuse his followers with lies.
