John Mahama Should Apologise Over His Do-or-Die Comment- Allotey Jacobs
A former Central Regional Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Allotey Jacobs is on the nerves of John Mahama.
He wants the former President to render an unqualified apology over his do-or-die comment.
He said the statement is not an idiomatic expression as the former President is claiming.
Allotey Jacobs who was speaking on Wontumi Radio Morning Show said he lambasted then-candidate President Akufo-Addo to apologise for his ‘all die be die’ comment in 2012 and he did justice to that.
He emphasised that if John Mahama apologises, Ghana will move presumptuously as a nation.
“Our politics should be healthy. If you try to satisfy the masses you will regret later,” the former NDC Chairman said.
