The Ashanti regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, has described the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress, John Mahama, as the most “useless poodle” to lead a political party in Ghana.
In an interview on the Wontumi Morning Show, the NPP Chairman noted that former President and current flagbearer of the NDC was being used as a “poodle” by the Ahwoi brothers.
Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi stated that “John Mahama is the most useless candidate ever to lead the NDC. The Ahwoi brothers are pushing him over and directing him the way they want.”
In Chairman Wontumi’s view, Mr. Mahama has no authority in the NDC and it is for that reason that he had his own appointees contesting him during the party’s flagbearership race.
“You could tell all of his appointees didn’t trust him and even contested him during their internal primaries. He was thinking he could be relevant, but he is the most useless politician in Ghana now”, Chairman Wontumi said.
