Former President John Mahama has failed to convince Mr. Daniel Agyenim Boateng that he is maturing as he ages.
Mr. Daniel Agyenim Boateng who spoke on Wontumi TV wondered when the 2020 flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) would mature and behave accordingly noting that his latest comment about President Akufo-Addo’s agenda to build 111 hospitals, shows he doesn’t act like a matured person.
Former President Mahama is on record to have said that President Akufo-Addo’s plan to build 111 hospitals across the country, was not a misplaced priority since the country has enough hospitals.
But responding to it, Mr. Daniel Agyenim Boateng used the biblical message in 1 Corinthians 13:11 which states that “When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me” to reply Mr. Mahama.
He continued that Mr. Mahama still has his childish ways with him despite being President before and now an opposition leader.
“In opposition, how is he behaving? It is the same he behaved when he was President. So when is he growing?” he quizzed.
He maintained that “health is a major priority for all” and President Akufo-Addo must be supported to achieve the dream of building 111 hospitals in Ghana.
