John Kumah Commissions Modern Toilet Facility, Raises Funds For Office Construction
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Plan (NEIP), Lawyer John Ampontuah Kumah last Saturday joined the chiefs and people of Abenase, a town in the Ejisu Municipality to commission a 16-unit ultra modern toilet facility.
The project which was executed within 12 months will serve the town folks as well as some others who may visit the area.
Lawyer Kumah at a brief ceremony thanked the chiefs and people for their co-operation and support during the execution of the project including the provision of land.
The NEIP CEO pledged his commitment to helping to develop all the towns in the Ejisu municipality so as to make life in the communities less burdensome.
‘’The joy of my heart is to see people happy and I am committed to lead the development of this community as well as others in the Ejisu constituency’’, Lawyer Kumah passionately stressed.
FUNDRAISING:
Joining the Chief of Ejisu as well as the people and NPP members including a former MP for the area, Akwasi Osei Adjei on Sunday Morning for a fund raiser in aid of the construction of an ultra modern party office, Lawyer Kumah said it was needful NPP has such a befitting edifice.
The role of Ejisu NPP, the NEIP CEO and Parliamentary aspirant for the NPP noted cannot be downplayed.
The party, he insisted therefore needed such an office to plan and plot its activities and campaign strategies.
The Parliamentary aspirant expressed appreciation to the Ejisu Tradional Council for providing land and other support to his outfit and called on all in the constituency to do his part as the party builds the office.
‘’Today we are gathered to do just one thing to prove our love to the party we support as raise funds to build a befitting office where our party’s operations and campaign activities could be planned or organised’’, Lawyer Kumah stated.
CHIEF:
The Chief of Donaso, representing Nana Afrane Okese II, Omanhene of Ejisu commended the NPP for deciding to build a party office.
Such constructions, the Chief noted helps in bringing jobs to the youth and development to localities across the country.
He urged the party to support its parliamentary aspirant to lead a transformational agenda for the Ejisu constituency.
OTHERS:
On her part, Madam Serwaah Derkye, Municipal Chief Executive for Ejisu pledged her support for the project and urged others to do same.
Madam Derkye lauded the vision of the NPP Parliamentary aspirant and said the fund raising activity shows the CEO’s commitment to lead an inclusive administration.
Nicholas Omane Acheampong and Isaiah Ampong, two popular gospel musicians expressed their joy at the energy and industry of the NPP parliamentary hopeful and called on the people of Ejisu to support him by voting massively for him on December 7.
