John Kumah As MP Is Perfect Choice — First Lady Tells Ejisu Residents.
The First Lady of the Republic, Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo has urged the people of Ejisu to vote massively for Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to retain him as President in the upcoming general elections.
The Wife of the President also endorsed the NPP parliamentary candidate for Ejisu, Lawyer John Ampontuah Kumah in the December 7 polls.
Addressing the chiefs and people in the famous Ashanti town last Friday, Mrs Akufo-Addo said the President has done remarkably well as head of government for the last four years.
The implementation of numerous policies such as the free senior high school education, the planting for food and jobs as well as the one district one factory has ensured that Ghana becomes a transformed economy.
“Vote for my husband, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and Lawyer John Kumah in the December polls so that both could lead a transformational drive in this community”, the first lady noted to loud cheers.
APPEAL:
The first lady also appealed to the people of Ejisu to look at the development programmes and initiatives and vote for Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on December 7.
She noted that an endorsement of Nana Addo and Lawyer Kumah as MP for Ejisu would help the community get more development projects.
She noted that Lawyer Kumah has distinguished himself as a humble and hard working person.
Mrs Akufo-Addo said having studied the young NPP candidate, she was convinced that Mr Kumah would use his influence to get the youth employment avenues.
APPRECIATION:
Lawyer Kumah thanked the first lady for the confidence she has in him and for honouring the people of Ejisu with her presence for the mini rally.
He also commended the President for the trust he has reposed in him since his appointment as CEO of the NEIP.
The NPP candidate urged the people of Ejisu to rally behind the President to ensure the community becomes a highly developed one.
Mr Kumah commended the NPP constituency executives and the Chiefs and people of Ejisu for suppporting him since his entry into mainstream politics.
“My aim of entering politics was to better the lot of my people and I thank God that I now have opportunity to lead the development of my community with the President and the first lady supporting me as well as the chiefs and people of Ejisu”, Lawyer Kumah posited.
