Private Legal Practitioner, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has shockingly stated that it’s a rape if a woman instructs her partner not to ejaculate in her during sex and he fails.
Lawyer Ampaw said, if the woman gives you conditions and you don’t follow you have violated her conditions.
However, appearing on Wontumi TV Morning Show on Wednesday, he said women cannot deceive men to extort money in the name of visiting him and she refuses.
Lawyer Ampaw said the man can report the women to the Police for her to be nabbed.
