A former Member of Parliament for Kwadaso constituency, Dr. Samiu Kwadwo Nuamah, has strongly made a case for Mr. Alan Kyeremanten calling on the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to present him as their flagbearer for the 2024 elections.
He established on Wontumi TV’s Nsempa Fie show that aside presenting Alan Kyeremanten as flagbearer, all other aspirants were just “try your luck” aspirants who won’t make any meaningful impact for the party if elected.
The former Kwadaso MP explained that Mr. Kyeremanten was from Ashanti region which is the base of the NPP
“We need someone who can lift our base”, he said as he endorsed Mr. Kyeremanten to do the job.
He added that the spouse of Mr. Kyeremanten is from Eastern region which is another base of the NPP.
“…his wife is from Eastern region. If we win Ashanti and Eastern region we are gone and Alan is promising to make that record for us”, he said.
