Legislator for Afigya Kwabere North, Collins Adomako Mensah says Finance Minister, Ken Ofori Atta and his team have done a yeoman’s job for alleviating Ghana to reach a Staff-Level agreement with the IMF.
Ghana yesterday, 13/12/2022 reached a Staff-Level agreement on a $3 billion, three years extended credit facility with the IMF.
Speaking on Wontumi TV Morning Show, Adomako Mensah said Ken Ofori-Atta and his team have done incredibly well in securing the deal in less than six months.
“Reaching Staff-Level agreement means it’s very likely to earn the program,” he told the host Oheneba Nana Asiedu.
Adomako Mensah said the Staff-Level agreement has brought relief to people the government owes.
