With vast experience in politics and knowing the persons whose name resonate with the base of his party, Mr. Thomas Kusi Boafo has boldly stated that he knows who is in line to be the next flagbearer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The Chief Executive Officer for Public Sector Reforms claimed on the Wontumi Morning Show that there is an obvious choice but refused to let the cat out from the bag out of respect for the other names that have experienced interest in the contest.
“Alan, Bawumia whatever…we hear their names and that of others who have joined the contest…Alan is a fine gentleman, Kennedy Agyapong fine gentleman, Addai-Nimoh perfect, soft spoken. Last time I listened to Akoto; very beautiful he has showcased what he would do. Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, fine gentleman”.
“Kusi Boafo knows the obvious choice…I know the obvious choice because I am not a small boy in NPP, I am not a young man. I go to constituencies and I travel globally. Even if you throw a coin, it will show forever and forever because everybody knows. It is clear, the signs are already written on the palms, walls…the signs are there we don’t need a rocket scientist. The reconciliation is what is necessary…” he said.
