The National Organizer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lawyer Henry Nana Boakye has said the NPP is committed to ensuring a free and fair elections.
According to the legal practitioner, the NPP will not involve in any unlawful activity aimed at disrupting the results of the December 7 elections.
Speaking on Wontumi Morning Show on 3rd September, 2024, he emphatically stated that the party will not rig the upcoming elections.
He denounced claims made by the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) , that the NPP plans to rig the forth coming elections.
“If NDC thinks we have time to rig elections, then they should revise their notes. We are going to win this elections with records” he asserted.
He further described the ongoing campaign by the party’s flagbearer as an exceptional one.
“If you take the presidential campaign, look at how Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is working relentlessly. Observe the strategies in his campaign. Our running mate is also doing an amazing job”
“The second Lady, Samira Bawumia has begun hers at the Greater Accra region. Finally, the president of the land’s campaign is mind blowing. He is informing Ghanaians about our Monumental projects. This shows that we are working” he emphasized.
He finally underscored the importance of the Free SHS policy, stressing the need for its continuity.
