The Ashanti Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, Chairman popularly known as Chairman Wontumi has referred to Mr. John Mahama’s remarks in an interview with VOA in 2022 in which the former President conceded that the 4 year mandate in Ghana’s constitution as the tenure for Presidents is not enough for a party or government to deliver its promise’
Chairman Wontumi wondered whether it’s this same Mahama who is staging for a fresh 4 year term to deliver and describes his wishes as ‘Empty Promise’
