I Support Akufo-Addo, His Gov’t Has Done Well- GCPP Flagbearer
The flagbearer of the Great Consolidated Popular Party (GCPP), Dr. Henry Lartey says he is in support of the Nana Akufo-Addo’s government.
According to him, Nana Akufo-Addo’s government has done well.
In an exclusive interview on Wontumi Radio/TV, the GCPP Presidential candidate stressed that, “I want Ghana to be successful so if there’s a government doing something good to develop the country, I will naturally support him.”
According to Dr. Lartey, one of the policies of Akufo-Addo that has really helped Ghanaians is the Planting for Food and Jobs.
He noted that, if not the Planting for Food and Jobs, Ghanaians would have suffered immensely during the lockdown amidst, the outbreak of the COVID-19.
Dr. Lartey who is the Secretary General for West Africa Association of Political Parties with its headquarters in Abuja Nigeria re-emphasized that, President Akufo-Addo’s government has done extremely well.
He said that, he was happy when the Minister for Agriculture, Dr. Akoto Owusu Afriyie stated that, the country will follow the Operation Feed Yourself (OFY) initiative introduced during the erstwhile National Liberation Council (NLC) era headed by the late Col I. K. Acheampong..
