An attempt by some executives of the National Democratic Congress to poach a staunch member of the Progressive People’s Party in 2016, failed to materialize Wontumionline.com can state on authority.
The man at the centre of discussion is Mr. Richard Boadu and he revealed on Wontumi TV which was monitored by Wontumionline.com that some executives of the NDC wanted him to represent them as their Manhyia South Parliamentary candidate but he turned down their request.
“Some executives of the NDC approached me in 2016 but I rejected. They wanted me to contest on the ticket of the NDC as Manyhia South Parliamentary candidate“, he said.
