In a recent post, Kwawkese, one of the first and finest Fante rappers, revealed that despite the Sarkodie rants, he is very cool with him now.
Sarkodie and Kwawkese have a long history together, dating back to before Edem’s mega-hit song “U Dey Craze” in 2009 together with them.
Kwawkese expressed his displeasure with Sarkodie’s omission of him in several interviews a few weeks ago, which the Sarknatives were not happy about because they felt it harmed their King’s image and brand.
Recently, the rapper requested a remix from Sarkodie but it was politely declined by him. This prompted the Sarknatives to attack him once more, forcing him to respond with this tweet in order to mitigate the backlash.
He claimed that he knew Sarkodie before they did and that he had spoken with him after his rants.
He further urged them to support his new music.
