‘I Have My Constituents At Heart’ – Asenso Boakye Discloses As He Initiates Community Clinic
The Member of Parliament for Bantama Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Francis Asenso-Boakye has disclosed that the development of his constituency and the people is his priority.
He made the disclosure on Monday when he held a one-on-one interactive session as part of his initiated “MP’s Community Clinic” at Adoato Adomanu.
The session allowed about 400 residents in the community to tell Hon Asenso-Boakye their personal problems.
Speaking to Wontumionline.com, the Hon MP explained that the program is aimed at bringing good governance closer to the people.
“To allow my constituents the privacy to discuss pertinent issues with me, I have initiated the “MP’s Community Clinic”, which is a one-on-one interactive session”, Mr. Asenso mentioned.
Some of the participants expressed happiness for the opportunity to meet the MP saying:This is a great opportunity to meet the man loved by all.We told him our personal problems’.
