District Chief Executive for Afigya Kwabre North, Hon. Kwasi Karikari Achamfuor has entreated young entrepreneurs to demonstrate a culture of courage, trust and integrity to enable other business people to do business with them.
Hon. DCE made this call when he initiated a career fair workshop for the teaming youth drawn from the district.
He emphasized that as part of the economic recovery efforts by the government and other development partners, people are empowered and encouraged to be creative through their ingenuity so that the private sector could be strengthened to development of the economy.
The resource persons from Leyden Educational Consultancy centered the workshop on three key points of entrepreneurship skills namely; Value, Proof of Concept and Investments to create and promote entrepreneurial and employment opportunities.
The team admonished parents to desist from deciding the career future for their children whilst urging teachers to contribute by directing the children to focus on their talents.
The Hon. DCE noted that the career fair would provide huge opportunity for the youth in the areas of job prospects and expertise to promote employment.
