Government To Construct 111 District Hospitals- Akufo-Addo Hints
President Nana Akufo-Addo says experience of the COVID-19 has necessitated the need to construct more hospitals in the country.
According to him there would be a construction of 111 District hospitals next year under the “Agenda 111”
Speaking at the Manhyia Palace on his day 1 tour to the Ashanti Region, His Excellency noted that, venues for the hospitals have already been secured.
According to him, 15 Districts in the Ashanti Region would be beneficiaries.
Nana Akufo-Addo said that, he has fulfilled all the promises he made to Asanteman so he is asking for another four years to do more.
“I have fulfilled my promises and if Ghanaians have witnessed it and they are saying “four more for Nana”, then it must be on course.
President of the Republic stressed that, the Ashanti Region has 44 Parliamentary seats but needs all the 47 in order to help him rule.
