Ghana’s Active COVID-19 Cases Up By 65 New Infections
65 more people have contracted COVID-19 bringing the country’s total active case count to 1,386.
This is per the latest statistics reported by the Ghana Health Service as of April 5, 2021.
Out of the number, 31 persons are in the severe case category while are in critical condition.
The death toll currently stands at 752.
Since the outbreak of the virus in Ghana in March 2020, a total of 91,109 cases have been recorded with 88,971 recoveries.
As of April 8, 2021, a total of 647,380 have been administered with the COVID-19 vaccines.
