1. Ofankor to Nsawam Road – $200M
2. Ejisu to Konongo Road – $75M
3. Completion of Nsawam Apedwo Road – $10M
4. Suame Interchange – $47M
5. Completion of Flower Pot Interchange – $35M
6. Completion of Sofoline Interchange – 35M
7. Kwabenya to Peduase Road- $10M
8. Completion of Eastern Corridor Lots 5 and 6 – $70M
9. Completion of Enkyikrom Adawso Road – $93M
10. Purchase of rolling stock and spare parts – $30M
11. Construction of Stadium – $140M
