Generator Sellers, Behind The Dumsor- Akua Donkor Alleges
The Founder and Leader of the opposition Ghana Freedom Party ( GFP), Madam Akua Donkor, has alleged that generator sellers are behind the erratic power outage popularly known as ‘dumsor’.
She has, therefore, pleaded with President Akufo-Addo to ban the sale of the generators.
Speaking exclusively with Wontumionline.com, Madam Akua Donkor said there is no dumsor adding that no electrical cable has been obsolete.
She averred that, if President Akufo-Addo bans the sale of the generators there would be no more ‘Dumsor’.
According to Akua Donkor she gave this advise to former President John Mahama” but since he had hellish mind about me, he didn’t heed to it.”
She alleged that, the sellers collaborate with some ECG officials to switch off the lights in order for people to patronize the generators.
She disclosed that, some of the generator sellers have told her to engage herself in the business because it’s a profitable business.
