With few days left to the December 7th elections, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has uncovered evil plans by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to deliberately create chaos in the Ashanti Region.
The plans being hatched by the NDC is kill as many people they can and burn down markets to set the tone for anarchy in Ashanti region.
But Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi has revealed that they have intercepted the evil plan of the NDC and are working tirelessly with the security agencies to ensure the operation of the NDC doesn’t succeed.
Gbevlo-Lartey’s role
Former National Security Coordinator Larry Gbevlo-Lartey together with other big wigs of the NDC, were identified by Chairman Wontumi as people spearheading the operation to create chaos in the Ashanti region.
According to Chairman Wontumi, Gbevlo-Lartey, the NDC’s Ashanti regional Chairman Nana Akwasi and former Ashanti Regional Minister Samuel Sarpong, have held series of meetings and decided to hire assassins and arsonists to solely operate in the Ashanti Region.
Speaking on the Wontumi Morning Show which has been captured on video, Chairman Wontumi said: “They have planned to destabilize Ashanti Region beginning this week and next week. Gbevlo-Lartey has also been brought to region to help in the operation. They held series of meetings at Nana Akwasi’s hotel. They want to burn markets and kill people.”
He continued that: “I want to sound a word of caution to them that we have intercepted their plans and would not let it manifest. The NDC has also contracted a solider officer to help them.”
