Former President John Mahama heaved a sigh of relief and was so grateful to God President Akufo-Addo replaced him after the 2016 elections, Gabby Otchere-Darko (G.O.D), has said.
As President, John Mahama run out of ideas and was happy Nana Akufo-Addo defeated him to correct his mess, Mr. Otchere-Darko narrated on the Wontumi Morning Show.
The NPP stalwart in an interview which was monitored by Wontumionline.com, mentioned that the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), did not know how to even raise funds to pay bill and was looking forward for President Akufo-Addo to bail him out, by defeating him in the last elections.
According to him, losing the 2016 Presidential elections to Nana Akufo-Addo, came as a relief to former President John Mahama.
