Chairman Wontumi was seen on the streets of Assin North engaging attentive indigenes that were ready to hear the campaign message of the NPP.

“When there was hardship in the country, you were staying in Canada”, Chairman Wontumi could be heard saying as he took a swipe at the National Democratic Congress’ parliamentary candidate whose name has been expunged from Parliamentary records.

Another part of Chairman Wontumi’s tour to the area, captures him dancing with the NPP’s parliamentary candidate- Charles Opoku at Church of the Twelve Apostles.

Chairman Wontumi also challenged the constituents to give their vote to Charles Opoku.

A viral video captured him dancing and announcing to the crowd to support the NPP’s parliamentary candidate.

“Who should you vote for? If I say this is Charles, you have to respond that this is the elephant”, he said to a charged gathering.
