Even before the 2023 elections commences, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and National Democratic Congress (NDC) both have 3 million votes in their respective bags, Dr. Smart Sarpong has said.
The renowned political researcher and member of the Academic Patriots team stated on the Wontumi Morning Show which was monitored by Wontumionline.com that despite having such assured numbers before the elections starts, none of the parties can make progress without the help from those outside their assured numbers.
He explained that those set of voters responsible for making a political party win an election understand things differently and ask the right questions before giving their thumbs up for an endorsement.
Dr. Sarpong urged voters to be vigilant and ask the right questions before going out to vote in 2023.
“We have to ask the right questions before we use our thumbs”, he maintained.
