DRIP Project: A Testament to Government’s commitment to Rural Development – Kumawu DCE

In a heartwarming display of appreciation, the District Chief Executive (DCE) of Kumawu, Samuel Addai Agyekum, has commended the government for its unwavering commitment to rural development through the District Road Improvement Programme (DRIP)

The DCE praised the government for its vision and dedication to transforming rural communities, “Posterity will judge Nana Addo and Dr Bawumia Government”

“The DRIP project is a testament to the government’s commitment to rural development,” he said. “This initiative has brought hope and opportunities to our people in the rural areas, and we are grateful for the investment.”

He said the DRIP will boost local farmers and entrepreneurs, reduce prices of food, created jobs, increased income, and improved livelihoods for many in the communities.

“The impact of this project is evident,” the DCE noted. “Our farmers can now process and market their produce more effectively, and our youth have access to employment opportunities.”

The DCE emphasized that the DRIP project aligns with the government’s broader vision for rural industrialization and economic growth. “This initiative demonstrates the government’s resolve to address the disparities between urban and rural areas,” he said.
