Dr. Henry Kwabena Kokofu and his campaign team have held a productive engagement with the executives of Asante Akyem North, where he outlined his vision, mission, and strategic plans to revitalize the NPP in the Ashanti Region and position the party for future electoral success.
During the meeting, Dr. Kokofu wished the constituency executives well ahead of their internal elections and expressed confidence that, under his leadership as Regional Chairman, the NPP would reclaim the Asante Akyem North parliamentary seat. He emphasized that the constituency remains a stronghold of the party and that there should be no excuse for losing the seat under his stewardship.
He further pledged to run a clean, issue-based campaign and encouraged all party members and contestants to do the same in the interest of unity, peace, and the collective strength of the NPP.
Dr. Kokofu also reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to supporting the presidential ambitions of Mahamudu Bawumia in the 2028 general elections. He stressed that with effective branding, strategic organization, party unity, and his vast political experience, the NPP can secure victory.
