A Senior Lecturer with the Kumasi Technical University (KsTU), Mr. Ishaq Kyei-Brobbey has urged former President John Mahama to remain “careless” and continue using vulgar languages when addressing Ghanaians.
Mr. Ishaq Kyei-Brobbey’s comment comes on the back of a statement by Mr. Mahama that foods being served in the various Senior High Schools (SHSs) were poor in nature and meant for dogs.
“Today, if you go to see the kind of food the children are eating in the schools…you shudder to serve such food to your dogs at home,” Mr. Mahama told delegates and party members in the Asikuma Odoben Brakwa Constituency during his campaign tour in the Central region.
But addressing the issue on the Wontumi Morning Show which was monitored by Wontumionline.com, Mr. Kyei-Brobbey encouraged the former President not to switch from his “vulgar” statements noting that it is all working to the advantage of vice President Bawumia ahead of the 2024 elections.
“Continue to spew nonsense and as you do that Bawumia would be taking advantage with digitalization and gold for oil policy”, he said.
He described Mr. John Mahama as man who “represents vulgar language and propaganda”.
Throwing a direct jab at Mr. Mahama for comparing the meals served students to that of dogs, Mr. Kyei-Brobbey stated that “you impoverish people with dumsor, today you are telling them they are eating food meant for dogs. There are dietitians and matrons who are preparing food for them…can he tell us the food he ate during his days at SHS? Too known man…your father was a rich man but he took you to enjoy free SHS and free meals. It is a first class insult”.
