The Managing Director of the State Transport Corporation (STC), Nana Akomea, has touted vice President Bawumia as a tech savvy who is working tirelessly to bring 5g network to Ghana.
Making an appearance on the Wontumi Morning Show which was monitored by Wontumionline.com, the seasoned politician stated that the establishment of 5g network in Ghana would make internet accelerate at an ultra-speed.
Nana Akomea explained that the plans by the vice President to bring 5g to Ghana are all part of the special things the New Patriotic Party are working on to make it possible for them to break the 8-year political cycle in the country.
According to Qualcomm, 5G is the 5th generation mobile network. It is a new global wireless standard after 1G, 2G, 3G, and 4G networks. 5G enables a new kind of network that is designed to connect virtually everyone and everything together including machines, objects, and devices.
