Over 1000 Ghanaians were murdered under the watch of John Mahama as President and not a whimper was heard from him, a 2nd Vice Chairman for the New Patriotic Party in Suame, has said.
Mr. Richard Asante indicted the former President for turning a deaf ear to high number of murder cases he presided on and hypocritically speaking on the Ejura murder cases which has no political connotation.
Addressing the issue on Wontumi TV, the NPP 2nd Vice Chairman stated that in 2015, when Mr. Mahama was President, 525 people died and the NDC never sought justice for them like they are pretending to do with the Ejura case.
He added that the combination of murder cases under John Mahama between 2014 and 2015, towers over 1000.
An angry Richard Asante described Mr. Mahama as Satan’s agent and blamed him the creation of hardships in Ghana.
“He is behind every bad thing in Ghana”, Mr. Richard Asante said.
In 2016, statics released by the Inspector General of Police, Mr. John Kudalor, indicated that a total of 1068 high profile murder cases in Ghana between 2014 and 2015 under the government of former President John Mahama.
