More than five big logs have been found placed in drains constructed around the Kejetia market.
The placement of big logs contributed to the recent flood the engulfed the state-of-the-art commercial hub located in Kumasi.
Few days ago, more than 300 stores in the Kejetia Market were flooded.
The National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) shortly announced after the rain that it estimates that at least three people, including a one-year-old boy, have lost their lives in the incidents.
Could the placement of the logs be deliberate or not?
