December Polls: Akufo-Addo Sends Strong Warning To Perpetrators
President Nana Akufo-Addo has cautioned those who have planned to cause chaos in the December general elections to desist from it because the laws will not hesitate to deal with them.
He said that the general election would be peaceful and anybody who tries to cause mayhem will not be spared at all.
Akufo-Addo who was addressing a gathering where he commissioned a 12-unit ultra-modern classroom block at Juaso Senior High School at Juaso in the Asante-Akyim South on day 2 of his three day tour to the Ashanti Region.
Nana Owusu Achiaw reports that President Akufo-Addo reiterated that all the promises he made prior to the 2016 general elections have been fulfilled.
According to him, this year’s elections is different from the previous.
He explained that, he is not seeking for votes but if Ghanaians are pleased with his achievements then they should grant him another “four more years to do more.”
Nana Addo called on all eligible voters to exercise their franchise for the Parliamentary candidate for the area, Hon. Lawyer Kwaku Asante Boateng and the NPP government on December 7.
He indicated that, all the Asante-Akyim South Parliamentary seats belong to the NPP and it should remain same in December elections.
He told the electorates to give the NPP 95% of the total votes cast.
