Dancehall Musician, Epixode Talks About His Smooth Transition In His Music Career

One-time Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Reggae/Dancehall musician of the year, Theophilus Nii Arday Otoo, affectionately known as Epixode has opened up on his smooth transition from the musician he was before to what he has become now.

Speaking in an interview with Doreen Avio on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz morning segment, Epixode stated that there has been a smooth transition from his ‘Avatar’ days to the Epixode we see now.

This implies that the musician has realized that he has advanced in his music career and has sharpened his skills and gained more experience in the music game to elevate his career.

There’s been a smooth transition between the Epixode during the ‘Avatar’ days and the Epixode we have today, he said.

Speaking on his project ‘Atia’, Epixode added that he plans to make the project more commercialized. He also added that most of the songs on the project were recorded live in the studio.

I planned to make ‘Atia’ more commercial. Most of the songs on the ‘ATIA’ project were recorded live, he added.

In other news, Rufftown Records signed musician, Wendy Asiamah Addo. widely known in the music scene as Wendy Shay has revealed that her yet-to-be-released EP will change her entire music life.

This comes shortly after she took to her social media page to unveil the release date for her Enigma EP.

Per the post she made on the microblogging platform, Twitter, Wendy Shay stated that her EP will be released on the 11th of November 2022. She also berated people calling on her to change the release date of her EP since a number of musicians have also planned on dropping their projects in the same month.

Wendy Shay stated that the sky is big enough for every star to shine and since she has already proclaimed herself the landlady of Ghana music, it is inappropriate to sack her from her own home.

She wrote; 11.11.22 The ENIGMA Ep release date .. Why is everyone telling me to change the date ..Is the sky not big enough For Million stars to shine ? How can you Sack a landlady from her own house ? Ghana wake up!

In another tweet, Wendy Shay who will be dropping the first song on her EP titled “Heaven” this Friday said that the EP will change her life.
