COVID-19 Relief Packages: Nana Oteatuoso Exposes ‘Papa No’s Hypocrisy
The Akwanserehene of Akyem Kwabeng, Etwienana Baffour Oteatuoso Kokoben II, has condemned the statement made by the flagbearer of the NDC ahead of December polls that, “Nana Akufo-Addo should focus on creating jobs not free things.”
According to him, Ghanaians have not prosper in life as compared to the former President so they will enjoy the COVID-19 relief packages.
Participating on Wontumi Morning Show which was aired simultaneously on Wontumi Radio and TV insisted that, if John Mahama and his NDC are condemning the free electricity and water tariffs then they should relay their bills to Ghanaians.
“What sins have Ghanaians committed you? You had the opportunity to acquire free education and you are receiving salary as ex-president for free yet you are condemning the freebies the NPP government has given to Ghanaians amid the Coronavirus pandemic.” He wondered
Nana Oteatuoso added that, John Mahama is a former President so he should desist from such utterances.
“Ghanaians should look at the character being exhibited by a former President because of freebies. You have all heard what the ‘Papa no’ is saying.” The Akyem royal stressed.
