There used to be a lot of political “nonsense” going on from the camp of the National Democratic Congress in Ashanti region until the New Patriotic Party decided to elect Chairman Wontumi as its regional Chairman, lawyer Ampaw has said.
For this reason, the celebrated lawyer has advised Kennedy Agyapong to put some respect on the name of Chairman Wontumi and move away from attacking him public.
Speaking on Wontumi TV, lawyer Ampaw stated that Kennedy Agyapong is on an agenda to weaken Chairman Wontumi to allow the NDC come to power and misbehave again.
“The bullying of Ashantis by the NDC ceased as soon as he (Wontumi) became Chairman of the region; he stopped the nonsense of NDC. Ken wants to weaken Chairman Wontumi so that his new party and the NDC will have power to come and misbehave”, lawyer Ampaw said as he rubbished the essence of the recently held walk dubbed Showdown walk.
